These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MP Media Holdings platform, including public pages, campaign discovery features, cause-alignment features, MP Signal Systems, reporting readouts, contact forms, and related platform services.
By using MP Media Holdings, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Platform Overview
MP Media Holdings is a media, campaign discovery, visibility, and cause-alignment platform designed to connect everyday online activity with measurable cause-connected visibility.
The platform helps users explore companies, brands, campaigns, and causes while organizing related activity into visibility, discovery, engagement, reporting, and economic readouts processed by MP Signal Systems and related technologies.
MP Media Holdings does not accept donations through this platform.
2. No Donations Through the Platform
MP Media Holdings is not a donation platform and does not accept donations through this platform.
Activity on MP Media Holdings should not be interpreted as a donation, charitable contribution, tax-deductible contribution, guaranteed payment to a charity, or direct transfer of funds to a cause.
Any donation, contribution, purchase, transaction, registration, or other action completed on a third-party website is governed by that third party’s own terms, policies, and practices.
3. Cause Alignment
Users may select a cause to align their platform activity with cause-connected visibility on MP Media Holdings. If no cause is selected by the user, a default cause may be applied by the system.
Cause selection helps the platform organize activity and readouts in relation to the selected or applied cause context. Cause selection does not mean the user has made a donation, and MP Media Holdings does not accept donations through this platform.

MP Media Holdings may update, correct, remove, reclassify, pause, or modify campaign records, indexed listings, company records, brand records, cause records, and related platform information at any time.
5. Campaign Visits and MP Signal Systems
Active campaign visits may route through MP Signal Systems before continuing to a company, brand, campaign, or third-party website.
These signal systems may help MP Media Holdings organize visibility, discovery, engagement, campaign activity, economic activity, source context, reporting readouts, and cause-connected platform activity.
By using the platform, users understand that campaign routing, platform activity, source context, and related interactions may be processed through MP Media Holdings systems for platform, reporting, operational, security, attribution, economic, and campaign-related purposes.
6. MP Signals and Public Readouts
MP Signals and related readouts are informational platform reporting systems.
Signal readouts may include activity, visibility, discovery, engagement, source context, campaign activity, economic activity, cause-connected reporting, mapped intelligence, or other platform-organized information.
Signal readouts may update, change, be corrected, be recalculated, be delayed, or be removed over time as platform activity, reporting methods, campaign records, source context, technical systems, and data are reviewed or refreshed.
Signal readouts should not be interpreted as donation totals, guaranteed contributions, verified charity payments, tax-deductible activity, final accounting statements, or promises of specific outcomes.

MP Media Holdings may link to third-party websites, including company, brand, campaign, cause, charity, advertiser, publisher, agency, network, or other external websites.
Third-party websites are not controlled by MP Media Holdings. MP Media Holdings is not responsible for third-party content, availability, products, services, transactions, privacy practices, tracking practices, policies, claims, offers, or user experiences.
Users should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before interacting with them.
8. User Submissions
Users may submit information through contact forms, registration forms, feedback forms, technical issue forms, privacy requests, data requests, media inquiries, company or brand inquiries, cause or charity inquiries, campaign or integration inquiries, or other platform forms.
Users agree not to submit information that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, malicious, deceptive, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.
MP Media Holdings may review, store, process, ignore, delete, classify, or respond to submissions at its discretion.
Submitting information does not create a partnership, contract, employment relationship, agency relationship, advertising relationship, campaign relationship, charity relationship, or obligation for MP Media Holdings to respond or take action.
9. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data in an abusive manner, submit malicious code, impersonate others, interfere with MP Signal Systems, manipulate activity, abuse forms, or use the platform in a way that harms MP Media Holdings, users, causes, companies, brands, campaigns, systems, or third parties.
MP Media Holdings may restrict, block, remove, investigate, or take other action related to suspected misuse.
10. Platform Information
MP Media Holdings works to present platform information in a useful and responsible way, but platform information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, corrected, removed, or refreshed over time.
Company, brand, campaign, cause, listing, readout, Signal, and reporting information may depend on available data, platform logic, campaign records, third-party information, source context, or system processing.
MP Media Holdings does not guarantee that all information on the platform is complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11. Intellectual Property
The MP Media Holdings platform, including its design, structure, copy, organization, Signal technology, terminology, reporting framework, platform logic, visual presentation, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to MP Media Holdings, except for third-party names, logos, marks, content, or materials that belong to their respective owners.
Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law or with written permission from MP Media Holdings.

Information on MP Media Holdings is provided for platform, media, campaign discovery, reporting, visibility, cause-alignment, and informational purposes.
Nothing on the platform should be treated as legal, tax, financial, investment, charitable, accounting, or professional advice.

13. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
MP Media Holdings does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific campaign outcomes, specific cause outcomes, specific visibility outcomes, specific reporting outcomes, third-party performance, or the availability or accuracy of third-party websites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MP Media Holdings disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MP Media Holdings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to use of the platform, third-party websites, campaign routing, MP Signal Systems, readouts, user submissions, or platform availability.
15. Changes to the Platform or Terms
MP Media Holdings may update, change, suspend, remove, or modify any part of the platform at any time.
MP Media Holdings may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date may be updated when changes are made.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated Terms of Use.
